Feedback on issues and requests

Lightning Review has a form for receiving feedback on issues and requests for future product development.
If you have any problems while using the app or have any requests regarding Lightning Review, please send them here.

Submission procedure

Feedback information can be sent using the following procedure.

1. Click "Help".

2. Select "Feedback" from the menu that appears.

3. Enter the required information in the form that appears.

4. Click "Send feedback".
   

   

Notes

• Be sure to fill in the email address field (red frame in the image above).
  If you do not enter an email address, we will not be able to understand the details and it will be difficult to provide a satisfactory response, as described below.
  
  • We will not be able to provide you with a workaround if there is one.
  • We will not be able to respond to your request accurately as we will not understand the background or specific details of your request.
• If an error occurs, please describe the specific operating procedures and symptoms.
  You can also attach a screen capture of the problem occurring.
  
• As the message is sent via the Internet, it cannot be sent from an environment that is not connected to the Internet.
  In that case, please contact the support team by email.
