Overview
Lightning Review licenses are on an annual subscription basis.
One license allows one user to install and use the software on two PCs.
Can I lend it to others?
As per the "License Agreement", licenses cannot be lent or transferred to third parties.
However, even if you belong to a different company or department, you will not be considered a "third party" under the license agreement in the following cases, and you may use the purchased license:
- Individuals dedicated to projects carried out under the jurisdiction of the company or department that purchased the license
- The PC registered by that individual is used only for that project
If you wish to lend a license, please contact us with your intention to lend it and the name of the company to which it will be lent.
To ensure a smooth response in case of direct inquiries from users to whom we have lent the equipment,
we will keep track of the loan and the recipient.
Can I change the PC I use?
You can re-register on a different PC after unregistering the product key.
What happens after the expiration date?
After the expiration date, you can use Lightning Review as a free version.
You can open review files you have created so far, but there will be limitations on the functions you can use.

You can continue using the product by purchasing the full version.
