License Usage Status

Can I check my usage status?

There are two ways to check your license usage status:

• Contact support.

We will provide you with the following information:

• ID (This is an internal management ID assigned for each authentication.)
• Date and time of initial authentication
• Email address registered at the time of authentication
• Name of the PC used for license authentication
• Check yourself via the dedicated website.

If you wish to do so, please contact support.

We will provide you with site information (URL, login account).
