Check the status of multiple reviews

Overview

Lightning Review can display the status of multiple reviews in a list,
so you can easily find reviews where corrections to issues are delayed or reviews that are behind schedule.

Even if there are multiple review files, you can check them all at once using the following method.

Check the status with Review Explorer

Displays a list of review statuses based on multiple review files stored in any folder.

  1. Click [Explorer] to display the [Review Explorer] dialog.

  2. Drag and drop the folder containing the review files into [Folder] in the [Review Explorer] dialog to register it.

  3. Select the registered folder in [Folder].

Displays a list of review statuses for all review files directly under the selected folder.

Select [Search subfolders] to include review files in subfolders.

Sorting and displaying reviews

You can sort reviews and display items by the following operations.

  • Changing the order of display items
    You can sort by grid headers, such as by implementation date or number of reviews, by dragging and dropping them.
    By sorting and displaying review status, you can quickly find problematic reviews.
  • Changing the order of reviews
    Clicking a grid header (such as [Name] or [Planned implementation date]) will sort the reviews in ascending or descending order by that header.

Filtering and displaying reviews

You can filter review files by the following conditions.

  • All reviews
  • Ongoing reviews
  • Closed reviews
