Check the review status
Overview
The following can be checked from the review implementation status and the registration status of findings:
- Is the review proceeding as planned?
- Are there any omissions in the registration of findings?
This section explains how to check the review implementation status and the registration status of findings.
Operation Method
The main operations for checking the review status are as follows:

Check in Tile View
Individual findings are displayed as cards and listed, allowing you to visually check the status of each finding. -
Check in Grid View
Findings are displayed in a table format, allowing you to check the content and attribute information of the findings in a list.
You can also check for any missing entries. -
Check with Outline Tree
The outline tree displays the distribution of issues and allows you to check for any missed reviews.
Check with Tile View
The tile view allows you to check issues in the following ways:
- Issues are displayed in a tile format, and the background color differs depending on the correction status, allowing you to visually grasp the correction status.
- Issues are displayed in outline order, allowing you to see the trends in issues.
Example: Which parts of the document have many/no issues, etc.
It can also be used to check for inconsistencies in reviews and missed issues.
How to Display
Click [View] menu - [Tile View] to display the tile view.
The background color and displayed items of issues in the tile view are as follows:
Meaning of Background Color

Checking with Grid View
The grid view displays important items for analysis in a grid format, similar to Excel.
Unconfigured items are displayed with a blue border, allowing you to easily check for any missed entries.

Click the [View] menu - [Grid View] to display the grid view.

Right-click the column header to select the columns to display.
Notes:
- You can toggle the display/hide status of each column.
- ID and comments cannot be hidden.
Customizing Display Content
You can efficiently check the status of comments by rearranging and sorting the headers.
By sorting by status, severity, priority, assignee, etc., you can quickly grasp the priority of actions to take.

Filtering Issues
You can set filters on a column-by-column basis to narrow down to only the issues that require review.
Click the filter symbol (①) for the target item, and select the status to filter by in ②.
After applying the filter, the following operations are possible.

①: Remove filter

②: Reapply filter
This operation is possible if the content of the issue is updated while the filter is applied.
Checking the Outline Tree
The outline tree allows you to see the number of issues per chapter for the outline being reviewed.
Outlines without registered issues may not have been reviewed, or there may have been overlooked issues.
The parent node displays the total number of issues for both the child and parent nodes.
Meaning of Background Colors
The outline tree is displayed in the main window and sidebar.
The background color of the issue count has the following meanings:

| 2 | Green | No uncorrected issues, corrected issues exist |
| 3 | Blue | All issues have been reviewed |
