Before Starting the Review

Preparing for the Review

Lightning Review manages review information in a file-based manner (review file).
In addition to the findings, the following information is recorded in the review file:

• Information related to the review (e.g., review format, participating members)
• Information to be set for review findings (classification item, cause process, detection process)

These are usually defined in the [Review Settings] under the [File] menu before starting the review.
You can conduct a review without defining them, but it is recommended to define them in advance as they allow for the following uses:

• Narrowing down findings by assignee
• Analyzing review results
