Outputting Review Results as Meeting Minutes

Overview

While Lightning Review makes it easy to register issues, many people likely still prefer to use Excel spreadsheets for their final review records.

Lightning Review allows you to output issue information to an Excel file with just a click of a button.
The output content can be matched to the review forms you've been using, minimizing the effort required to transcribe information.

This page explains how to output review results as meeting minutes.

Outputting Review Results to an Excel Table

You can output review results to an Excel file of your choice.

  1. Open the target review file.

  2. Open the Excel file to which you want to output the review results.

  3. Click "Add Review Minutes Sheet" on the "Lightning Review" tab in Excel.

A review minutes sheet is added, and the comments registered in Lightning Review are imported.

Outputting Comment Images and Corrected Images

You can also output captured comments and corrected images along with the review results.

  1. Check "Import Images" on the "Lightning Review" tab in Excel.

  2. Clicking "Re-import" on the "Lightning Review" tab in Excel will import the images along with the data in the associated fields.

The images are imported into an automatically added sheet for images.

Outputting a PDF Report File

You can output the registered comments as a PDF report.
The cover page and table of contents are automatically generated, so it can be used directly as meeting material.

  1. Select [PDF Report] from the [File] menu to display the [PDF Report] dialog box.

  2. Specify the content to output in the [PDF Report] dialog box.

  3. Click the [OK] button and specify the output destination and file name.

  4. The output report file will open automatically.
