Setting Custom Fields
Description
In addition to the default fields, there are 'Custom Fields' that users can freely configure.
- Information necessary for review records in each company and project can be recorded in the review file.
- Because it can be output to review minutes from the Excel integration add-in, the effort of later entering the necessary information for the review minutes can be saved.
This section explains how to set up custom fields.
Targets for Custom Field Settings
Custom fields can be added to the following targets:

How to Set Up
Before starting the review, set up the custom fields using the following steps:
- Click [File] menu - [Review Settings] to display the [Review Settings] dialog box.
- Select the [Custom Fields] tab.
- Click the item for which you want to set custom fields to display the custom fields.
- Check the [Display] option for the custom field you want to use and enter the field name.
The custom field you set will be displayed in the following location:
Review
The items you set will be reflected in the [Summary].
It will be displayed as follows, depending on the "Display Field" specified in the custom field definition.
Member
Please set the following for both custom role and custom text.
Feedback
The items you set will be reflected in the [Properties] of [Feedback].
You can set options for the text.

Click the [Settings] button and enter the options separated by commas or line breaks.

If no options are specified, text input will be used.
How to Use Custom Fields
- Custom fields can also be registered and managed separately for company-wide and project-specific information, as follows:
- Common items in company-wide templates (start conditions, participant list, etc.)
- Project-specific settings (subdomain, etc.)
- In the "Feedback" custom field, selecting a defined option will set it as the default value.
This saves time when entering feedback.
Example: In the case below, the default value for "Feedback Type" will be "Readability".
