Setting Members
Overview
By setting the members participating in the review in the review file, the following can be achieved:
- Narrow down the points to be corrected or checked by members.
- Set the roles of members in the review file and record in the meeting minutes that members with the necessary roles participated.
This section explains how to set members.
Setting Items
Set the following items as member information for the review.
Default Fields

| 1 | Member Name | Enter the name of the member participating in the review. |
| 2 | Reporter | Specify the member who will register the review comments. |
| 3 | Reviser | Specify the member who will revise the deliverable based on the comments. |
| 4 | Confirmer | Specify the member who will confirm the revisions to the deliverable. |
Custom Fields
You can add fields to describe roles other than the default ones, or information about members.
You can use the screen differently depending on whether you are customizing the review or performing the review, as follows:
- Person customizing the review: Add fields in advance.

How to set it up
- Click [Overview] on the screen below.
Or click [View] menu - [Overview page].
- Select the [Members] tab.
- Click [Add Member] and enter the names of the members participating in the review.
- After entering the options, click the [Finish Editing] button.
- Set the roles of the configured members by checking the Reporter, Editer, and Reviewer boxes.
Custom Field Settings
If you want to enter information other than the default fields such as Reviewer and Reviewee, you can enter it in custom fields.
There are two types of custom fields for members:
- Role: Checkbox format
Set roles such as Reviewer, Reviewee, and Expert. - Text: Text input format
You can set properties such as the member's department and job title.
Items added in custom fields can only be viewed on this screen.
They will not be displayed on the feedback screen.
