Even though no one has the review file open, "XX has it open" is displayed and editing is not possible

Symptoms

Even though no one has the review file open, the following message is displayed when accessing the review file, and
it can only be opened in read-only mode.

Causes

When the member who was editing the review file abnormally terminates Lightning Review for some reason,
this phenomenon occurs if the access information remains.

Solution

A file named "review file name.fileaccess" is generated in the folder where the review file is stored.
You can cancel the access state by deleting this file.
