Offline Authentication Fails
Phenomenon
Offline authentication using the activation registration file fails.
Causes and Solutions
The following are possible causes and solutions.
If none of the causes apply, please contact support with the information you have checked.
Cause 1
After generating the "Activation Request File" sent to the support team, and before performing the license registration operation,
the "Activation Request File" generation operation was performed again.
Solution
Generate the "Activation Request File" again and request the support team to generate the "Activation Registration File".
Note
The content of the "Activation Request File" changes each time it is generated, even for the same PC and the same user.
The only "Activation Registration File" that can be used for license authentication is
the file corresponding to the last generated "Activation Request File".
Therefore, please do not perform the same operation after generating the "Activation Request File".
Factor 2
You are using an "Activation Registration File" created for another PC or user.
Solution
Generate an "Activation Request File" for each PC you wish to use and contact the support team.
Important Notes
- The "Activation Registration File" is unique to the PC and user being used.
It cannot be reused on another PC because it does not match the authentication information contained within the file. - Offline authentication involves file transfer and takes time, so please request it with sufficient time in advance.
Factor 3
The "Activation Registration File" is corrupted for some reason.
Solution
Generate the "Activation Request File" again and contact the support team.
Important Notes
The file may be corrupted for some reason during the generation of the "Activation Registration File," file transfer,
the decompression process of compressed files, etc.
Factor 4
The hardware configuration of the PC in question was changed after the "Activation Registration File" was created.
Solution
Please generate the "Activation Request File" again and contact the support team.
Important Note
The "Activation Registration File" is unique to the PC and user; therefore, if the PC's hardware configuration changes, it may be identified as a different PC.
