Symptoms

When you launch Lightning Review, the following error message is displayed.

The same applies to error code 32.

Solution

The procedure varies depending on the authentication method, as follows.

Online authentication

This occurs depending on the network status.

Wait a while and try the license authentication again.
If the problem persists, contact the support team and inform them that the problem was not resolved even after following the steps on this page.

Offline authentication

Apply the license registration file again.
If the problem persists, please regenerate the license request file and send it to our support team.
