A system error dialog box has appeared. What should I do?

Problem

When I was using Lightning Review, the following dialog box suddenly appeared.

System error

A problem has occurred and the operation has been interrupted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What should I do?

Solution

First, send the details of the error to support.

1. Click "Report an error" on the system error screen.

2. On the screen that appears, please operate as follows.

   • If you can send an email:
     Enter an email address and click the "Send email" button.

   • If you cannot send an email:

     1. Click "Copy to clipboard".
     2. Paste the copied content into the body of an email on a PC that can send emails and reply.
        If there is a large amount of error information, save it in a text file or similar.
