Troubleshooting
Here are some troubleshooting tips for Lightning Review.
Installation/Upgrade
- Failed to install Lightning Review
- After updating from Windows 10 to 11, Lightning Review may fail to start
License
- Cannot edit because "Offline authentication failed" is displayed
- An error message is displayed stating that the license has been invalidated
Review
- A system error occurs when performing outline analysis on a file on the cloud
- Only some review files are displayed in "Review workspace folder"
- Even though no one has opened the review file, "XX has it open" is displayed and editing is not possible
- Points disappeared when the review file was shared
- The review file size became too large
- An error occurs when opening an Excel file from the outline tree
