Check the correction results

Overview

The person responsible for checking the corrections verifies that the pointed-out changes have been correctly reflected in the target document.
The status is changed to "Confirmed" or "Returned" depending on the correction content.

This section explains the process and operation method for checking the results of the pointed-out corrections.

Flow for Confirming Correction Results

The flow for confirming the correction results of a correction and updating the status is as follows:

  1. Confirm Corrected Corrections

Confirm the correction details of the corrections for the corrections for which you are the person responsible for correction confirmation.

  1. Mark Correction as Confirmed

If there are no problems after confirming the correction details, change the status of the correction to "Confirmed" and complete the correction.

  1. Return Correction

If there are errors after confirming the correction details, return the correction to the person responsible for correction.

Confirming Corrected Corrections

Confirm the correction results on the following screen.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Select [Tile View] or [Grid View] from the [View] menu to display the list of corrections.

  2. Move the mouse cursor over the issue in the list of issues, and display the [Details] screen by clicking the [Details] button that appears.

  3. Click the [Issue - Fix] button on the [Details] screen to check the issue details and fix details.

Use the issue filter function as needed to narrow down the display of issues to be checked for fixes.

Mark Issues as Checked

If there are no problems with the fix details, click the [Status] icon on the [Details] screen or in the [Properties] pane,
and change the status from "Fixed " to "Checked ".

You can operate from the details screen or the properties pane.

When the status becomes "Confirmed," the issue has been addressed.
If you have any comments on the corrections, please enter them in the [Comments] tab.

The display size of the [Comments] tab can be expanded.

Sending Back Issues

If there are errors in the corrections, perform the following steps and send them back to the person responsible for the corrections.
Since the return is recorded in the tab, a history of past conversations can also be kept.

Please add the issue correction tab using the following method.

  • ①: Click the [Return] button.

    • In this case, the status will revert to the previous state (if it was "Corrected", it will revert to "Uncorrected").
  • ②: Click the Add Tab button.

    • A tab will appear when you hover your cursor over it.

Tabs will be added with the names #1 and #2.
Please write the details of the return in the comment field of the added tab.

A maximum of 3 returns can be registered per comment.

After making corrections, please change the status and request confirmation of the correction results.

Returned comments are easily identifiable because the [Return] button is highlighted.

The [Return] button is also highlighted in the comment list, allowing the corrector to prioritize addressing it.

Delete the Reverted Change

Click the [×] button to close the Reverted Change screen.
It will be deleted from the last tab.
