When Lightning Review is launched from the installer, some operations may not be possible by drag and drop

Phenomenon

When you launch Lightning Review after the installation is complete, you may not be able to perform the following operations by drag and drop.

• Register the review file in the outline tree
• Register the folder to be aggregated in the review explorer
• Specify the review file or folder to be analyzed in the pivot analysis tool

Conditions for occurrence

This phenomenon occurs when the following two conditions are met.

• You are using Windows 10
• Launch Lightning Review from the installer completion screen
  Check "Launch application" and then exit the installer.

Workaround

This issue occurs only when starting from the installer. Please close Lightning Review and start it again.
