Overview

The "Teams Integration" extension for Lightning Review will no longer be available in the following versions after December 2025.
You can continue to use the Teams integration function by updating the extension to the latest version using the method below and performing the necessary settings.

Background

Microsoft Teams, the integration partner, has announced that it will end support for the "Office 365 connectors" required for Teams integration,
as follows:

1. August 15, 2024: It will no longer be possible to create new connectors.

2. December 2025: All connectors will become unavailable.

Impact on Lightning Review

Slack/Teams Integration: Because ChatAppIntegration uses "Office 365 connectors,"

The following operations will become unavailable at the above times:

1. August 15, 2024: It will no longer be possible to create new integration destinations. (Already created integrations can be used.)

2. December 2025: All Teams integrations will become unavailable.

Steps for Continued Use

By following the steps below, you can continue to use the Teams integration function.

1. Update the Lightning Review extension "Slack/Teams Integration (ChatAppIntegration)" to version 1.0.5 or later.
2. Create a Teams workflow and set the URL generated within it in Lightning Review.
