Error Occurs When Saving a File After Undoing a Known Issue Registration in Shared Mode

Phenomenon​

A system error occurs when performing the following operations in shared mode:

  1. Register a known issue.
  2. Undo the known issue registered in step 1.
  3. Save the file after the above. If you close the file immediately, it reverts to the state it was in when it was last saved.
    (Changes made after saving are not reflected.)

Conditions for Occurrence​

This occurs 100% of the time in shared mode. The problem does not occur when shared mode is disabled.

Workaround​

After closing the error dialog by clicking the button in the red box in the image below,
Save the file as a separate file using "File" - "Save As".
