If the document name contains a "/", the document will be split or will not open when opened

Symptom

If the document name contains a "/", the following phenomenon occurs when the file is opened.

Case 1: When there is one "/"

When the review file is reopened, the node is split into multiple nodes at the "/".

• When the document name is registered in the outline

  

• When the file is reopened

  

Case 2: When there are two consecutive "/"s

When you open the review file, an error occurs and the file cannot be opened.

How to avoid the problem

Do not use "/" but use another character string such as "\".

How to recover when the problem occurs

• When there is one "/": Manually correct the outline and change the "/" in the document name to another character string.

• When there are two consecutive "/"s:

  1. Send the details of the error to support.
  2. Support will check the details of the error and inform you of the recovery method.
